A quiet, low-lit professional consulting office at dusk

Boutique specialist practice

Specialist services, handled personally.

A boutique practice providing professional investigation, administrative support and trauma informed lived experience advisory to individuals, businesses and organisations.

Introduction

A boutique practice, run by one specialist.

Robins Pro is a small boutique specialist practice offering three distinct services: private investigation, virtual and office administration, and trauma informed lived experience advisory. I am the person behind every instruction, from first conversation to final delivery.

The practice is deliberately compact: no account managers, no hand-offs, and no generic templates. Every piece of work is scoped in writing, handled personally, and delivered to the same standard: professional, discreet and people centred.

The common thread

One specialist. Three distinct disciplines. One standard of practice.

My background has given me a rare combination: investigative expertise, professional administrative capability, and lived experience of trauma-informed practice. Each service exists because it answers a real need I have seen in the room.

The About page explains how these disciplines fit together in a boutique practice — and why a single trusted point of contact can serve very different requests without ever lowering the standard.

Why work with a boutique practice

Different services. One way of working.

01

One trusted point of contact

No account handlers, no hand-offs. The person you speak to is the person doing the work, start to finish.

02

Professional and accountable

Qualified, methodical and clear. Scope, cost and expectations agreed in writing before anything begins.

03

Genuinely discreet

Sensitive matters handled quietly. Information is held securely, minimally, and shared only where it should be.

04

People centred by default

The person at the centre of the work is never treated as a case file. Dignity is a working standard, not a slogan.

05

Honest about fit

If I am not the right person for your matter, I will say so early and point you somewhere better.

06

Flexible engagement

Ad hoc, retained or project based — the arrangement is built around what the work actually needs.
